It's possible for someone 30 years or older to be accepted into medical school, despite what some people may tell you. I know this from personal experience, as I started medical school at exactly 31 years old. Five years prior, I would have laughed if someone had suggested this was a possibility for me. I was too busy traveling the world and having fun to consider it.
However, there are practical aspects that need to be taken into account when applying to medical school. Some schools, such as those in Hungary, may actively discourage people over 30 from applying. But there is no age limit for applying to medical school, and your age should not affect your application as long as you meet the requirements. If you're over 30 and considering applying to medical school, don't let anyone tell you it's too late.
You can still make your dream of becoming a doctor a reality.
